I've been here since 1030pm and my name didn't get taken down until for an hour. And then no names were called for 3 hours! There was blunt tobacco all over the floor. The security guard smelled like liquor and weed. The nurses seem like they didn't care. The whole establishment is unprofessional and slow. How am I in the ER and haven't been seen yet and I've been here 5 hours

This the worst hospital ever sitting here bleeding to death from a cut waited 2hours before leaving n by the time I left they still hadn't call me name to just get my insurance card!!worst staff n nurses in Chicago
St Bernard Hospital is holding my daughter against her will. Although she has been in the hospital for 4 days and proven that she is no harm to herself and others the dr is recommending that she is placed in a strict psychiatric unit. They have not given her due process. When I ask to speak to others to assist me in the hospital they sent me on searching with no results. My Children's mom went to the E.R maybe like 5 days ago. They ran no test and told her she had the flu and sent her home. She called me and said she felt worse and I told her to go back and she went to the university of chicago which they ran test, gave her fluids as well as a C.T on her neck. Come to find out she had a lymph node infection in her neck and she is very contagious which had her sick as a dog. The university gave her meds for the infection as well as pain. This place is head and shoulders above others. I had An awful expirence at St. Mary and St. Elizabeth. But not here. I've been to the wound clinic once a week for 2months and they have been excellent. So much so, Regina Matthews said "if you should ever wait 5min for me ask for me again, waiting that long is unacceptable"! Dr Terrell is fantastic as is Regina. It deserve a 0 this hosp. is a disgrace. The staff is terrible from The Administrors on dwn. I've complained a year ago to them noone have called n I've called back numerous of times. SAD this hosp need a whole new syetem someone to come in right make the staff in every dept first be professional friendly n no lazziness at all.
