If I may make a suggestion ? Perhaps you should consider moving the "expired " status to the last position as opposed to right above "home" on your discharge forms . Doing so may help reduce the possibility of clerical error when entering information into your and government agencies computer systems. Spending four months trying to prove your mother is alive is not my idea of fun filled days.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing. I would recommend to anyone.
My aunt was there for a long time as an emergency and nobody bothered to look at her. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. They don't seem like they are orginized. My family will hold the hospital responsible if anything happens to her because they didn't want to look at her and asked her to leave. One nurse was also racist towards my aunt just for the fact that she was Mexican
Waiting to see a doctor for the 4th hr still haven't gotten my name called no one's even here just down right terrible and very unprofessional
