This was by far the worst dental experience our family has ever endured. My daughter is severely autistic and requires general anesthesia for dental procedures. We were instructed to arrive at 9:00 a.m., and because of the level of care she requires, two of my other children had to take time off work to help transport and support her throughout the appointment. The nurse who checked me in was pretty nice. Apparently, I arrived at the wrong office and she walked me over to the appropriate location. The office gave me some documents about my medical history, agreements etc and honestly that was the first thing that scared me. I was supposed to consent to some of the scariest things associated with my tooth extraction, like possible damage to neighboring teeth.
