I lived at this location and I will say this, these apartments/condos should be torn down. Any maintenance requests put in were never answered. Many of these apartments were inundated with b mold, serious electrical problems, and not to mention the type of tenants they allowed there. I witnessed countless drug deals in the parking lot, domestic violence in the parking lot, vagrants living inside of what was claimed to be the laundry room. My apartment ceiling leaked until there was a 3 foot long crack and visible swelling, the leak also rotted through the floors causing a subsequent leak in my downstairs neighbor’s apartment and nothing was ever done to remedy this though multiple complaints were made.
