I had the best service here! I saw Fred first, he is a wonderful doctor that gave a great experience while I was in the office! Henry also was extremely helpful when my glasses came in and the lady that fits glasses was busy so he stepped right in to help! I love when doctors aren't up on a high horse and don't think they are too good to not help out around the office. I will be a life time customer here!
This is by far the BEST vision center I've been to. Staff and doctors are very professional and always polite. I have never had any problems when I call or just need my glasses fixed! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone! I had no idea that scrubs, jeans, and tees meant you dressed like a bimbo? Maybe you should have your eyes checked. Make an appt! ��
Went yesterday to have my glasses adjusted and Dawn wasn't there.......... three people "tried" to get the job done but it was a complete failure. Really felt like I was a bother to them.
I've seen a couple of eye doctors in St. Augustine but I think St. Augustine Vision Center is the best. I've been going there for a couple of years now and always see Fred, who is funny but really knows his stuff. It kind of helps that he and I are both from the same area and know alot of the same people. The staff is also very competent and knowledgable and always willing to help.
Been a customer for years! Only place I'd ever go! They all do great work, and really care about their patients!
