Bret and his team did a phenomenal job installing gutters on our new home. We got multiple quotes and advice from other companies but ultimately went with St. Augustine Gutters. Bret and his team took extra measures to control a run off that we didn’t even notice that helped prevent erosion by our front porch. Great price for excellent work, highly recommended this company.
My wife & I purchased a new home on Anastasia Island & our builder recommended St. Augustine Gutters. The owner Bret is very knowledgeable about roofing and gutters & I immediately was impressed and comfortable with his proposal for our home. Unfortunately, his crew wasn't as knowledgeable, and I've had issues with my gutters since the installation. SO HAPPY! Beautiful work! Very helpful! Answered all my questions on the color and type of gutters available. Brought color samples over before I ordered, and switched out the bottoms of downspouts when we realized we needed different ones after install was complete. Fast installation. They really hustled to beat bad weather. I am so happy with the results!
Got ghosted by this company. They were recommended by a local roofer, and were very quick to contact us initially and schedule an in-person review of our issues. They provided a verbal estimate on the spot, one that seemed very competitive, and said they would email a formal quote to us later that day when they got back to their office. That never happened, and 3 or 4 follow up texts and 2 phone calls later over a 2 week period to the estimator delivered zero results and zero responses. Totally ghosted!
