very friendly and professional
There's always this person who answers calls and says, "Welcome to St. Anthony's Medical Clinic, please hold." And puts you on hold. Like, bruh? You serious? And then, when I am sick, I need to show up in person that way I can get my doc note, even if they know that every movement I do, I will have pain. Can u believe these people who have no empathy and work in healthcare?
Dottor Rizzo and his assistants are the best . He is smart, kind , polite and treat patients really well.The intake , had a guy dressed in blue , did not made me feel welcome as it was the first time I went to the clinic as first serve -first come and I did not know I will see him first . But then Dottor RIZZO and the 2 assistants treated me really well.
If the patient's needs and concerns aren't paramount then this is not a professional operation. The receptionist is taking her job way too personally. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm obliged to obey her and I don't appreciate being only given an option to go to SFGH for specialists. If I wanted to do that, I would go to SFGH and not waste my time at Saint Anthony's. Would she go to SFGH herself for medical care? I'm sure if she did she would get special treatment, and not the worst care in the this city that everyo... read more
