My wife took our son in for his regular visit while I was at work & I couldn't make it. Dr. Darlene Sekerez pushed 3 vaccines onto our son at that 1 appointment. Come to find out the 3 vaccines she gave him were supposed to be taken 30 day's apart from each other. When I got home from work that day. I noticed a big change in my son. He wasn't the same at all! Front desk person (Alicia Cox) is rude as can be and doesn't even know what's she's talking about. She isn't aware of correct HIPPA laws so good luck having someone responsible for so much patient info. I will never take my children there even if the doctor is great.
This place is a joke, we had an appointment for the 1st time to see doctor sekeres, we made it on time to 9470 Broadway Crown Point, IN 46307 location, we were choked by the the registering nurse stating that the doctor called off and they contacted us to cancel the appointment, I checked my phone many times I found only a voice mail left 3 days prior to confirm the appointment When I faced them with the voice mail they didn’t even take some time to apologize they were insisting that they contacted us .
