For 25 years I lived in a SAV apartment. During that time, I don't remember having even one serious problem. The buildings are kept up very well; they are run by very reasonable and responsible people. In today's world, that's as good as you can get.
I stayed at this property for 7 years. The management was consistently responsive to any concerns - issues were fixed or at least looked at within a business day or two of reporting them. Plus, the folks at the leasing office and maintenance are super friendly and nice!
I stayed at SAV for one year and absolutely loved it. Leasing office is friendly and responsive. Any maintenance requests were promptly taken care of and a note would be left reviewing what was done if nobody was home. On top of everything, rent was very reasonable and location is fantastic. Super close to a lot of local restaurants and downtown without the hustle-bustle of downtown. Leased from SAV for 3 years. The team is excellent and we could not have been happier. The apartments are well maintained and any issues were resolved quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
