Saint Anthony Village Apartments is the real deal. I rented with them for a few years in the 2010s and now rent with them again, and my only regret is the period in between. Nice units, and kind, reliable, consistent staff who respond quickly to maintenance requests or questions.
Very good and quick to fix stuff and respond to emails. The office people are always so nice and friendly and they are open a lot
Super nice apartment and clean In a nice area, but way too many power outages. There’s a power outage like once a week.
We’ve lived here for only 3 months, but in this short time the experience has been so refreshing in comparison to your typical leasing company! Maintenance is quick, management is responsive, and the apartment is lovely (and affordable!!). 5 stars!
