This Westminster location needs to do a better job training its staff. While the staff and Dr martau are friendly, we've had two embarrassing situations for my mother who is 89 and has Alzheimer's. On two occasions the staff asks her questions directly which she will answer, and I have to jump in and say no that's not right, embarrassing and upsetting her.
