It use to be a lot better then it is now Management hardly ever available and limited office hours 3 Days a week

I feel the building is maintained adequately, certainly compared to some I've lived in -- but it used to be maintained *more than* adequately, and the decline over time is not a good trend. Staff are reasonably accessible/responsive, but seem stretched too thin. Also, what would it take to replace the missing "N" from the building address sign over the main entrance, and to do some very basic landscaping/upkeep on the exterior grounds? UPDATE:
