I was introduced to Dr Troy last year he did two outpatient surgeries he was great to work with I can only tell you my experience..and so, I have sent other people to him, they also have had a very professional, caring experience !
I highly recommend Dr Troy for surgery. He is great at what he does and love his personality and mannerisms...really helps you feel less stressed before your surgery and also after.
Don't go to this guy for surgery!!!!!!!! HI messed up my girlfriend for life!! We have a lawsuit pending.
