I had an extremely frustrating experience with the late arrival policy at St. Anthony Hospital. I had a new patient appointment scheduled with Dr. Robert Reifort Wiggin at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:47 PM—13 minutes early for my actual appointment time. However, the front desk informed me that because I was late for their early check-in window, I would not be seen and had to reschedule.
