The staffs at the E.R and everyone on the 1st floor are a group of outstanding professionals, from the Doctors, Nurses, dietary, housekeeping, case managers to the maintenance department. My mother was treated with dignity and respect and we the family were treated with the dignity a patients relative should be given. I love it and I recommend this facility!

Don't be fooled by "the non-state of the art" appearance! The maternity ward is phenomenal! Every single nurse is amazing!!!! They are all so attentive, nurturing, caring, loving, sweet, ....I could go on & on! Any concerns or questions you have are answered &/or taken care of immediately. They are just the sweetest amazing nurses ever!!! Of coarse my OBGYN doctors are amazing as well!!! Dr. Landau & Dr. Caban are my 2 favs that delivered 3 of my children here!!!
Do yourself and/or your loved ones a favor and go somewhere else. This was by far THE WORST care my grandmother has received in her 86 years! Frustrated is an understatement.

Felice..the ER receptionist needs to find another profession. She dropped the F bomb..commented on people who came and left..told me I couldn't keep coming thru the ER when they had moved my friend without my knowledge..jammed food in her mouth while taking info about my friend, mind you it was right after her lunch break. Rudest, most unprofessional experience I have had in a looong time. She did do a good job at making a horrible experience worse.
