I payed $780 for roses, I was charged for long stem, fine. I asked them to be shortened as there for my 8 year old niece. And to be designed into a square. They are delivered late, in a round vase, not square, stems are long, not cut short. What can you do, nothing paid in advanced This shop is straight rubbish
Honestly one of the best bouquets I've gotten in a while. Great attention to detail, fast customer service and super friendly staff. Highly recommend. Would shop again and will be back soon. Muchly appreciated ladies
I paid $467 for these flowers on Monday 17th February , I received them around 3.30pm , the last photo was taken 6am Fri 21st February absolutely disgusting . Handling of this complaint was shocking hiding behind the suppliers taking no ownership not even a call .
I rang on Saturday morning about 8.30am, ordered the baby boy topiary, I asked if it would be delivered that morning to my Grand Daughter in Joondalup Private Hospital well she didn't receive them, very disappointing to say the least. I rang St, Anne's first thing Monday morning was told the gift was in the van ready to be delivered to the hospital, no reason was given as to why the gift wasn't delivered on time and as my Granddaughter was out of hospital and home she didn't receive the gift until mid afternoon on Monday. Thank you the team at St Anne’s Florist nothing was too much trouble I sent my sister, my best friend some Birthday flowers from your team she was excited and said they were absolutly stunning so thank you I’ll be sure to use your florist again and recommend to others. Living in Geraldton I don’t like to use inter flora as you never know what your going to get, by the sounds of it you people have done an amazing job for my sister.
