My son lived in a studio while attending MSU for 3 years. It was the perfect location for campus and downtown nightlife. You can pay a little extra each month for parking on property in the structure next door, such a rare find. Any maintenance issues were quickly taken care, but he hardly had any. It’s a well maintained apartment complexes with a keyed entry into the building for extra safety.
These apartments do have a great location but a lot of homeless hang around the door, we have a two bedroom one bathroom and one of the bedrooms does not have a window don’t know how this is legal, elevator has been broken for three days so trying to move out and when you are on the third floor it’s not good. Called today and they couldn’t give me a timeframe on the elevator being fixed they said they were waiting on the owner and they haven’t heard from him!
