There was garbage on the table in the room you wait to see the doctor, nothing was cleaned; the receptionist/nurse was wearing flip flops. This was so unprofessional, I had to wait 45 minutes because everyone was taking their break at the same time - which wasn’t listed anywhere on their site.
Helpful and polite doctors
We were not pleased with our experience my 3 year old was having a lot of ear pain so we thought it was an ear infection the doctor said it was just a lot of built up ear wax and couldn’t see pas the ear drum so we went to another walk in clinic and another doctor said it was an ear infection and she needed antibiotics. We will not be coming here again as every time we know something is wrong we are dismissed and are told to just use Tylenol.
