I love living here!!! The maintenance team is top notch and gets things fixed right away!! The front office is kind and helpful. They always go above and beyond to help their residents. Top notch!!! Very appreciated all the way around!

Don’t waste your time they are just going to take your money for some b.s deposit hold it for two years and then tell you your denied and not respond to a single email or call about when you can expect your money back. They had me pay 2 application fees KNOWING that they were going to deny my application bc they already knew my income was in cash. Also paid a $350 holding fee and haven’t received it back. Have called comfort rents several times and they keep putting it off and telling me they will get back to me and have failed to do so every single time. Will be reaching out to my lawyer to see if they can help me get my money back.
