They had me pay 2 application fees KNOWING that they were going to deny my application bc they already knew my income was in cash. Also paid a $350 holding fee and haven’t received it back. Have called comfort rents several times and they keep putting it off and telling me they will get back to me and have failed to do so every single time. Will be reaching out to my lawyer to see if they can help me get my money back.

Terrible place administration! I was in a waiting list for over 1 1/2 year! this people never call me, or answer calls or email.
I have lived at St. Andrew’s Pointe for a year now and I have never had any issues! The office staff is very nice and professional, the maintenance manager Ed always goes above and beyond to help! The property always looks so clean, it’s the perfect place for myself and my daughter to live !
