I seen good reviews. I even went to my dr to get a referral. In hopes to get in sooner. Apparently a referral gets you JACK. I had an appointment for over a month. Then after Christmas I get a call to reschedule it to the 6th instead of the 3rd. Someone on your end messed up and couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience (you knew we better take it or it’ll be 2+ months before you’ll get seen). I just tried to make an appointment, first receptionist is awful, second I told I was trying to make an appointment for my husband and we were new patients. The second I got that out of my mouth she asked what kind of insurance I had. I told her, she tells me, in such a condescending tone for some reason, “yeah but what kind what’s the numbers? I had a very serious poison ivy case which was not responding to steroid pills or shots. I went to Dr. Clemenz and she basically saved me. After her assessment and treatment, the rash drastically subsided within 48 hours and I was able to function and sleep again. I can't thank her enough. I'm a patient for life.
