Had a problem with a tooth, Dr. Smith took his time, very thorough, told me if I ever have any problems please don’t wait, call and he will make sure he sees me.
They are very WELCOMING and do great work.
My wife Dashay was having lots of pain and they were super responsive on a Sunday on how to minimize the pain and established an emergency appointment for today. We went in and within an hour had completed the entire extraction and we were heading out the door. Dashay said it the best tooth extraction she's ever had -- no pain, no problems -- She said Dr. Smith is a hero and is the best dentist she's ever had!!
My husband was in need of a Dentist, because he had an urgent situation and Saint Andrews dentistry took care of my husband with no problem, we appreciate them taken him as quickly as they did. That being said he wasn’t a regular Patient at the time but he may become one now thank you..
Had a great experience! The staff is friendly as is Dr. Smith. The hygienist did an amazing job and was really gentle. Highly recommend going here if you’re nervous or uneasy about dentist.
When there was a vehicle issue in the parking lot, my wife was treated as if she was some sort of crackhead looking to get something for nothing. Rather than the personal call from the dentist I was promised, I received a "sue me" letter from his insurance company. The repair ended up costing under $100. You cost yourself a family of customers over less than a hundred bucks.
