During my prior appointment (2nd visit), I proactively asked how much time I would need to allocate for my next visit, which was scheduled to include x‑rays, a dental cleaning, and an exam with the dentist. I was explicitly told by the receptionist to ensure I set aside one hour, which I did, arranging my work schedule accordingly. This dental offices needs to figure out what it is doing on the admin side. First a few months ago I visit and they booked me a few days before the 9 month requirement for Dental cleaning, polishing and fluoride application. For that they appoligized and gave me a refund later. I go in for another appointment this week and they went over my 6 units, they could have requested more from Canada life and had it approved before my appointment or let me know in advice.
