The staff at this property acts as if they can do no wrong, however, the property itself is in much need of attention. During our one year lease, we had to request service for our heater going out in the middle of the winter 5 times till they finally decided to put in a new one. We also had water leaking through the ceiling in above our bathtub which they thought they fixed the first time. The staff is very impersonal and almost always impossible to reach.
