I moved in 2021 when rent was around $850 for a 731 sq. ft apartment. Every single year they have raised it. I now currently pay $1,300 for a one bedroom that used to $850. I understand inflation and everything surrounding that, but that apartment is not worth $1,300. The people in the management office change every year, so some of my paperwork was lost.
