We are so happy with our place at St. Andrews! We have a pretty apartment that is very comfortable and close to the trail. Ok, not "close"--ON the trail, walk out the door and there it is! We are so grateful to have found St. Andrews in our move to Urbandale.
I moved here in the fall of 2006. I wanted an apartment that had central air, washer and dryer hook-ups in the unit, and a garage. I have it all here! St. Andrews is a beautiful, friendly and safe place to live. It's in a great location in Urbandale, and I get numerous chances to pursue my hobby which is wildlife photography. I've never regretted living here for the last 11 years!
I have a friend who lives at St. Andrews. I visited her last weekend and it is a beautiful place to live at!
I have lived here since Sept. 2016. Everyone is so nice. I was sad about leaving my flowers but St. Andrews has so many flowers blooming at different times and flowering trees. Buildings are always clean and have a great pool.
We've been here almost 7 years. We love it here. They r very helpfully when I needed the extra little things. They care about the person u are. If we r sick or anyway they want to know.
Very attentive management and maintenance staff! We love it here!
