Love it here! Clean, spacious & quiet units. Close to shopping, restaurants, schools & the post office. The Landlord & staff very friendly & quick to respond if you ever have an issue. I would highly recommend St Andrews Apartments!
A Great Place to Live I love living at St. Andrews Apartments and I have just renewed my lease for another year. The staff at St. Andrews is very friendly and attentive. They are very quick to resolve any issue I have. Those issues are very few and far between too as they constantly maintain the property. It is also a very quiet atmosphere. Amazing Apartments! I have lived at St. Andrews Apartments for years and I've never lived in a place that was better than here! The area is perfect, close to great restaurants, amazing shopping and great walking/biking trails. The management here is incredible, always helping out when needed, very friendly! It's great living here because it's quite, safe and a great place to live! I would recommend living here to everyone!!
First Apartment! This was the first apartment we looked at and we signed on it shortly after seeing the property. I would easily recommend this to any of my friends looking for a place to live in Cedar Rapids. You are in walking distance of a Target and fitness center (iGym). Great Apartment I lived here for 15 months. As someone who has lived in nicer upscale apartments in metro areas, this apartment was a change of pace for the better. Great value on the rent price. Spacious floor plans. Up to date appliances and woodworking. Quiet neighbors and no crime to worry about. Snow is shoveled early in the morning. There was a pipe that burst in my apartment that flooded the floor and the staff were on it right away to fix it and made the whole process as smooth and pain free as possible. Renter It's a great place to live. Has spacious 2 bedroom floor plans. Close to many ammunities. Very quite and clean. Best part about it is there's a laundry facility in each building. Staff was always very friendly and helpful whenever anything needed fixed. Very family friendly place. I would recommend it to anyone.
Excillent St. Andrews is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. Fireplaces are both functional and practical, keeps energy costs down and is a great conversation piece. The neighbors and staff are amazing and always look out for eachother. Feels like a family community and is a very quiet place to have kids. I've lived at St. Andrews for almost 3 years and I love it here.
