Horrible interaction after moving out. Charged me for normal wear and tear on a stove. If you are moving out schedule a move out inspection with them to avoid what I went through. I would have taken legal action if I still resided in Delaware.
I’ve been here five years and each year my rent went up more than $100. Neighbors talking about how much it cost to live here. Neighbor across from me said his rent went up $150. It’s a nice area but it’s not worth it. Another neighbor said there having problems renting cause it’s too expensive. Everyone I talk to about here first thing they say is how expensive it is to live here. This place has a bad reputation on how expensive it is. Another neighbor right across from me are moving out. Too expensive!
I have been here for 9 years no issues with anything I love the fact that our current property manager Terri insurers that our property is well maintained she a great resource for your needs on the property! She's makes sure that everyone is treating equally. Very hard working individual. She always has a positive impact/ attitude no matter what her busy schedule intells.. Thank you for all that you do Terri!
Do not live here if you have the choice. Both my neighbor and I had our cars robbed, I called the staff to get any information if possible and I was told I’d get a call back but nothing, keep in mind there is supposed to be 24/7 security for the complex.
I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication from St. Andrew’s Apartments regarding my rental application. After submitting everything for a townhouse, I went weeks without any updates—no calls, emails, or follow-ups. Eventually, I had to reach out myself, only to find out that our application had been canceled without any notification.
