I wouldn’t even give a star if I had that option. Don’t ever rent from this facility. They punish you for their lack of planning on parking! I had my car towed after I had just paid rent and had to pay to get my car released. All because my tags were expired by 8 days (contract states 30 days) while other tags in areas with more parking had expired tags from 3 years. The staff is great, and quickly meets whatever needs that I may have with my apartment! They also keep us as residents informed about events, maintenance, etc
