Don’t rent here , please go somewhere else , if you pay your deposit you will not get it back . I gave a star to post , the only reason it got a star !!!! It was the worst experience ever dealing with rental and my money!!!!
The rent goes up more and more, the bill is extremely high water, my brother-in-law owns a house and pays less for trash and water than I live in an rent apartment, definitely have to buy or look for a cheaper rent, close to here are some apartment more cheap and you do not have to pay for water. Think twice before moving here. Maintainace never comes to fix anything and if you ask them why, it's excuse after excuse. Quality of living became worse over time. We occasionally would hear gun shots at night, the roads/speed bumps in neighborhood was horrible, and water bills were extremely high for no reason. Took several weeks for my water heater to get fixed and that was unacceptable because I had a newborn and 9 year old child in the house.
