Double dosing on my mother's meds. Bathroom is filthy. Cannot get doctor to call me to discuss the medications. Nursing staff is good and kind. Nutrition/kitchen staff evidently never looked at specialized diet and sent her food that causes allergic reactions.
The most caring and loving staff and they love the patients. The patients love them.
The nursing staff at this facility is amazing and give ther residents 110% 24/7 miss yas
