Absolutely ridiculous, my family doctor send requisition for appointment but clinic reject it without any reason!!!!
Dr. Olaru is an exceptional rheumatologist. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and provide thoughtful, thorough care. I felt confident and supported throughout my appointments and am very happy with the care I’ve received. I was happy to get a diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend her and the team at St. Albert Rheumatology.
I had a scheduled phone appointment with the doctor at 12:30 PM, but the doctor didn’t call me until three hours later when I was unavailable. When I called back to reschedule, they pushed my appointment two weeks out, even though I need urgent guidance on my medication. To make things worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and even hung up on me while I was trying to explain my situation. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone who values respect and proper communication
