We have had SSR repair our spartan camera before. However this time is ridiculous. We paid for the repair in the end of October! October! They have had our $2500+ since October. It is now March 12th and we don’t have our camera. For those who know what a sewer camera costs upfront and what it makes daily. This is beyond bad business. I have been told 3 or more times “the office will update me” and heard nothing.
Absolutely. No one in the video inspection business puts his work out there like Tony. He’s not afraid of anyone critiquing his work because he posts it to the public. Integrity is what that is.
Sent 2 cameras to be repaired by SSR. They emailed me right away with invoices for repairs on both cameras. I paid both invoices with a company credit card. They fixed 1 of the cameras and sent it back to me. They told me the other one would follow. I called them several times in the last year and 3 months. That's right! Over a year and 3 months! Kink in a Ridgid camera at 12 feet. Camera shipped to SSR, repaired, and then returned to us in ND within 1 week. Wish we had them just down the road...
Ssr and their suitcase style mini camera is really amazing. Seriously worth the money. Being a service plumber that puts tools through the riggers, its been strong and screen flips on everytime.
