He came in while I was messaging my boss because it was 8am and she had just seen I was missing work. He explained to me how to use Google and then didn’t test me for anything at all and said if I had the flu I wouldn’t be sitting there texting on my phone even though he said it was okay if I sent a quick message. Patient oriented, good care.
Initially I gave SSM a 5-star rating but quickly had to change that to a 1. My husband took my four kids into urgent care (three to be seen) and was seen by Dr. Timothy Mchugh. We requested for a COVID and RSV tests which we were denied for all three of them and was told we didn't need them when each child clearly presented signs and symptoms for tests to be warranted.
