Amazingly kind and efficient staff. Very thorough and had me in and out in under an hour with a few prescriptions that helped all of my issues.
Went to the Urgent care Sunday for a sore throat. They literally sent me on my way said it was negative and did nothing for me. Here it is Tuesday morning and I’ve had strep the whole time with no medicine . I’m highly upset. I’ve been sitting in pain for almost 72 hours when I said the whole time I think it’s strep throat. I do NOT recommend going anywhere SSM . Stick with Mercy!!
It shouldn’t be this hard to get seen by an urgent care
Very nice staff, and you be in and out better than sitting for hours in the ER.
