This urgent care has 0 sense of urgency. I walk in today with an appointment scheduled and there was only one woman in the waiting room. They take me back almost immediately to room 6 and the nurse gives me a covid test at about 12:10pm. I step outside my room about 1:00pm to ask if everything is okay since I took my covid test almost an hour ago and one of the staff members rudely tells me and I quote “ Actually it has not been an hour and with you being in room 6, rooms 1-5 are before you” as I literally took the first tes... read more
TRASH LOCATION!!! If I could give ZERO...I totally would!!! The front desk staff are TERRIBLE...they need retraining on customer service, and the facility systems...on 9/8/26 my husband went in...and was told his insurance wasn't valid...and would have to pay full price for the visit...this was around 6pm (past insurance customer service hours)...he was told if he could call the customer service so she could speak to someone 🙄 maybe she could override the system...MA'AM, THEY'RE CLOSED...and she was so uninterested in assis... read more
