Staff very nice especially the receptionist! NurseRN and practitioner were very attentive. I was feeling so bad with this sinus infection my overall visit was very good. I will come back and I will refer.
The entire staff is amazing and kind. They work efficiently and quick. Very knowledgeable! When my doctor can’t get me in in a timely manner, I come here and will continue to come here because of how amazing the staff is
I debated on sending a review but my experience just doesn't sit well with me. If they strive for such excellence. I sprained both ankles on 8/1, went in to get an x-ray.There was only 1 person ahead of me. Waited over an hour in the waiting room.While getting the xray, radiologist Armentia said, I needed to "cooperate moving your foot or you will get shitty xrays", and that this "wasn't like a hospital with more than one radiologist so you better try or I will send you somewhere else". The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. I just needed a simple dressing change on a very simple wound. They refused to treat me or even look at it. Sent me away didn't recommend anything just sent me away. Very unfriendly total lack of compassion and empathy.
