The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. I just needed a simple dressing change on a very simple wound. They refused to treat me or even look at it. Sent me away didn't recommend anything just sent me away. Very unfriendly total lack of compassion and empathy.
I debated on sending a review but my experience just doesn't sit well with me. If they strive for such excellence. I sprained both ankles on 8/1, went in to get an x-ray.There was only 1 person ahead of me. Waited over an hour in the waiting room,x-ray. waited in a room for almost an hour for an xray. While getting the xray, radiologist Armentia said, I needed cooperate moving my foot or I will get shitty xrays, and that this wasn't like a hospital with more than one radiologist so I better try or she will send me somewhere ... read more
Went there on Saturday with a sore throat and bad cough. They tested me for strep and I was negative. They sent me on my way with just paperwork. Turns out I have Covid. Not sure why they did not think to test for that.
If I have a problem that needs urgent care this is where I go. They're fast efficient and kind very good bedside manners.
Not sure why the bad reviews but they were very kind with us, super fast, got in and out, from front desk lady, nurse and Doctor, all were kind, caring and professional, I’m so glad I took my daughter here despite the bad reviews, as patients you also have to be respectful and kind with providers to be treated the same. Highly recommend this Urgent Care.
