I always have a great experience and care. The Nurse Practitioner who I see was great and Betsy is always amazing.
My daughter just left from up there with knee pain in tears. The lady who was doing her xray name Armenta was rude! If the knee hurts really bad that it’s hardly bendable then I’m sure there’s a better way than just saying “that’s it we’re done” and being rude with an attitude. You gotta have patience to deal with sick people. Maybe she needs to find another profession or stay home. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on other people. It’s just that simple.
Amazingly kind and efficient staff. Very thorough and had me in and out in under an hour with a few prescriptions that helped all of my issues.
Went to the Urgent care Sunday for a sore throat. They literally sent me on my way said it was negative and did nothing for me. Here it is Tuesday morning and I’ve had strep the whole time with no medicine . I’m highly upset. I’ve been sitting in pain for almost 72 hours when I said the whole time I think it’s strep throat. I do NOT recommend going anywhere SSM . Stick with Mercy!!
