Walked in at about 6:45 PM to be seen and was asked out loud in the reception area what was I coming in for when I clearly typed in my reason for visiting checking in. Then the young lady came back and told me that I couldn’t be seen and had to come back Wont be back!
I've never had a bad experience at this location. Most recently, I was given a chest x-ray (to rule-out pneumonia), and given great care by the entire staff.
I brought my daughter to this urgent care after she had been experiencing symptoms for over a week. They only tested her for strep, which came back negative, and sent us home with no diagnosis, no medication, and no real guidance. They said they’d call within 24 hours with results, but I never heard back. After two days of waiting, I had to call them, only to be told the strep test was negative and that if her symptoms persisted, she should come back to be seen again because “it’s probably a virus.” Why wasn’t more testing d... read more
This facility says it's open to 8 PM and that is incorrect.
I do not recommend ssm I have been out in back burner for years with this "healhcare" facility.... Ssm in ofallon seemed ok ... I live in different area of Missouri now and the ssms out here don't take my health seriously at all .. My problems are my problems, I'm diagnosed and sent off and never get proper evaluations or treatment My prescriptions that I'm instructed to start are never called in to pharmacy and they play games with me about it ..
