ICU gave stellar service. On 8th floor now. 1 first we had a nurse who had nil for bedside manner. No eye contact. Walked in gave my wife her meds. Didn't let her know what was going on. After asking for a different nurse. Nothing changed. 30 min to answer call button. Was told head of the nursing was coming today to speak about the issues. Not so. Just a few of our issues the last few days. I'm going to change insurance just in case we have another health issue.
