If I had the option, I wouldn’t even give this hospital one star. The care here is extremely concerning. It feels like patients are left waiting until their condition becomes serious before anyone acts, and even then they often can’t figure out what’s wrong. No surprise so many people end up being sent to other hospitals. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable medical care.
I’m having a terrible experience with a billing issue. I saw a dermatologist for a simple question and he indicated to the nurse and to his notes that there was no charge for that visit. But low and behold they did charge my insurance and sent me a bill. I’ve made multiple multiple phone calls to different areas of SSM and my insurance. Absolutely no call back and no assistance. Very dissatisfied
