I had a terrible experience at this hospital I never once canceled my children's appointments but yet somehow my son's appointment got booked over and there was nothing that could be done about this keep in mind my son's appointment had been rescheduled four times already due to the covid-19 which I was more than understanding about this was a mistake made on the receptionist's page not mine so I'm going to be switching hospitals I would never take my children or myself to this Hospital even if I was dying
Had surgery here yesterday and everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was terrifying to do surgery alone due to the pandemic but they walked me through everything and helped me along the way. RN Melanie and pacu nurse Elyse were both phenomenal.
I am continually unimpressed. Family members bad experiences...Mother left in her bed for 45 min after continually pushing the button for the nurse and she had to piss the bed. ER doctor for another friend never looked at his incoming meds on the counter and assumed it was something else. My doctors office says they'll call back and after two days they didn't. Now i got a referral to ent. and they did the referral but the dept never called after a week and now not taking anyone. Do not check in unless you are able to have so... read more
