My dad is currently in icu here. Staff is absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough for everything
My nurses were amazing! The doctors were a little short but I didn't deal with them long.
I would rather live a life with no arms or legs then let these people work on me. I was judged and ridiculed immediately after i walked in. I told nurse and doctor (dr.corley) i was in extreme pain and tylenol wouldnt touch it!! They called me a drug seeker and prescribed me nothing!! Then they referred me to a psychiatrist for my addiction problem that i dont have!!! Turned out i needed surgery on my foot and they totally missed it cuz of their judgmental demeanor.
Very helpful staff. Kind nurses and Doctors that care. I hope I never have to go to an ER again but if I do, I will come here.
So, up early to go with my brother to St Joe's Hosp in St Charles for him to have a port removed from when he was receiving cancer treatment. Get there and within 10 min they call his name and he goes to the counter. There he finds out that the appt had been cancelled and he needed to re-schedule. REALLY??? They claimed they called and want him to come back the next day. REALLY??? I promised to not say his name – and ask you respect his wishes, but this is a bit much. My Mother was very well taken care of here. I also have been hospitalized before here. I have nothing but good things to say about the level of care & friendly staff here!!
If I was shot and dying in the parking lot of this hospital, I would rather crawl, bleeding to death, 50 miles than to be admitted here. By far the worst hospital in the area. My father was very sick with cancer, and was admitted into this hospital 3 separate times, unfortunately. He would be released prematurely and then have to come back just a few days later.
