Go somewhere else for urgent care. This facility charges emergency room prices and is disguised as an urgent care. We called to ask about the premium charges after receiving the bill and were met with mocking and bully tactics. This served as confirmation to me they have fully adopted the necessary strategies for their scam operation.
The “lead MA” said we had to have our children up to date on vaccines or we could not be seen. Our appointment was canceled while we were in a treatment room finishing paperwork. I didn’t even have a chance to pull up what vaccines they have had. Completely unable to speak to a doctor. Front desk staff were amazing but lead MA can work in her attitude.
On 4/25 after I canceled all my dealings with this clinic earlier in April my insurance was billed for services which I did not revieve. Calling, waiting on hold for hours on end as if I don't have other things to be doing is resulting in no resolution. Poor customer service and inexcusable business practices charging my insurance for appointments I never had, continuing to refill my prescriptions after I told them not to and being impossible to communicate with. Avoid tbis company and office.
