Icu was great I was in it for a week. Did not like my room nurse. Put a device on my arm and did not say what it was. Hurt me. Had to wait an half hour until she returned despite pushing to button. Had to go back and get a full hip replacement. Doctor who did the work did a good job Barely as my complaints!

I come from NJ and I was not happy with St. Clair. I had tachycardia with vertigo. They did an EKG and never told me there was an anomaly or that I should follow up with my primary. I also asked them for a Lyme and full tick panel as I had about 8 embedded ticks on me here and I felt that the symptoms could have been lingering from a past Lyme infection in NJ. Not only did they not do a tick panel, they didn't even do the Lyme test but instead did an erlichia test. Why do an erlichia test? I will never go back there. I... read more

I had 2 total knee replacements at Depaul hospital, the left on June 10th and the right on September 25th. Both were great experiences! Dr. Shroer was excellent! I'm so glad my Arthritis doctor, Steven Baak recommended him! The nurses that cared for me were wonderful! I had the 'A' team! Angela, Abie, Ashley and more that I can't remember their names. Thank you all 💖

If I could give SSM Health officially a lower score I would they almost killed my mother-in-law? If it wasn't for SSM Midwest City, she would be dead and all because they didn't listen. So now I'm going after Doctor's lice. Nse, nurses licenses and hospital money. Not because I want the money to prove a point. You do not neglect your oath. I'm not even gonna assume for a whole bunch of money. I may ask for a dollar but that dollar is going to represent the fact that they failed in their job. To save lives.

The Cancer Center at St Joseph Lake St Louis has outstanding Doctors and Nurses. The Chemotherapy Center however is lacking in compassion to the patient. During COVID I can understand where the patient had to endure this process alone and that in itself is awful. Now the only reason a patient has to endure this alone is because the we are in the way. As a companion for my cancer patient I am there to give them comfort and support during this 4-5 hour treatment. I have witnessed a very ill gentleman be told his companion had ... read more

In the ER I was told they are short staffed and the person assigned to take blood tests shift ended. They are trying to have other staff help. The current wait time has exceeded 3.5 hours!!!

This place completely sucks, my dad sent me in here as an ""Involuntary admission"". They pour alot of ""Thorazine"" Or ""MYCELIUM KILLER"" which is basically Burger King Degreaser(or in other words it is floor cleaner) into your' food to stop your' brain from working properly and from doing the things it is supposed to do(AKA getting high)

The staff and the Dr’s were great. My Dr. was very skilled. It’s the Dr’s in the hospital that are keeping that place going. The administration sucks. I reported an incident and when I reported it I was yelled at by the HR Manager. Then they sent me an encrypted email which I was never able to get into. I didn’t hear from them again. They took the information I provided to them and I believe they fixed the problem and then decided to throw me under the bus to save themselves. They submitted a report to DHS, which... read more
