Avoid unless your desperate. They tolerate medical gaslighting here. Doctors have 0% empathy and refuse to help. I've had chronic issues that have been lasting for years. The only solution the doctor could offer is long term use of OTC products. Complaint department was useless. O had to get homeopathic treatment somewhere else to resolve the persistent symptoms.
Dr. Patton and his staff are informative, helpful, and caring.
Long story short st louis is not the place for psych care the doctor was alright but the other staff confuses me they really think I might have schizophrenia which isnt true my family harassed every medical type staff there is and then half the time im taken to an emergency room when I dont want to go and my family complains about that as well I am over 18 im being given wrong medication and just dont have anyone who will hear me out and id appreciate it if id stop getting phone calls at 9 in the morning I know my rights the... read more
Rachel Tarr is a PA in Family Medicine who reads patient reviews such as mine, and then operates in retaliation when the review is not favorable. Had a schedule PET scan. Was told to be there at 3:30p.m. Was there at 3:22p.m. The lady at the desk told me I didn’t have a scan today. It will be on September 4,2025 at 9:30 a.m. Then, another lady told me to check MyChart regularly because they charge appointments. Thank goodness, I live close to this place.
