Office staff at Dr. Rich’s location in Ronnie’s Plaza are always pleasant & very friendly. I saw Kara today for my 6 month f/u. Helped get referrals sent for some specialists I have appts with. Chris at check in is always very helpful, especially with my questions about Medicare Advantage plans today . Eased my mind about concerns. I didn’t have Tasha today - but saw her in back - she is always very friendly. - Highly recommend !
