My kid has been having a sore throat and bad cough for almost one week and her symptoms are getting worse so we saw the NP at this clinic. She checked her ears and chest briefly and asked her to continue to take over-the-counter medicine. The discharge paperwork says "contact your healthcare provider if your sore throat gets worse or your symptoms get worse after 3 to 5 days".
Dr. Jen is Amazing! She knows her stuff. She is kind, informative and patient focused.
