Was promised a nerve block injection in January for back and sciatic pain. I physically stopped in to the office twice and called because I wasn't hearing back about when it was scheduled. I was told I would get a call. Turns out the request for prior authorization was rejected. They never called to tell me that. I was the one initiating contact. I always thought the world of Tom Faull. He in the past was kind and explained everything. He did his best to treat gently and as pain free as possible. This week he truly shocked me. I will be the first to say I was extremely scared and in dire pain. The thought of having a number of needles poked into a horribly painful hip had me terrified. I admit, I was beyond afraid. Dr. Faull is an arrogant, rude, and condescending doctor. My Dr. retired and I was transferred to Dr. Fault. First visit, he was undoing my long term controlled care from my older Dr. because he didn't approve of the meds I've been on for a decade. He wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. It put my MS into chaos. He tortured me for 5 years. He disregarded my neurologist when she tried to explain to him what his actions were doing to my body. dr faull was wonderful helping me with neuropathy caused by a neuro-stimulator implant at another healthcare provider. i would highy recommend him.
I want to thank Dr. Faull for everything he has done for me. I went to him when I was in so much pain from rear end car accidents. He worked with me every step of the way to finally become almost pain free. The last Mild procedure was the ticket followed up by PT. He listens and explains things so I could understand and never once did he ever make me feel like I was crazy and the pain was in my head! You gave me back my life I cannot thank you enough.
