Went in on 9/13/25. Got checked in & had an appointment within 5 minutes! Saw the nurse on time & Heather Bendall. MD, within 15 minutes. She had to wait for culture results. My new Rx was called in immediately. The culture that they continued to grow was found to be resistant to the antibiotic I was put on, so the nurse who called me 2 days later, after culture growth, called in new Rx so I could pick it up in Alabama since I was heading to FL! They keep hiding my review. Like seriously I have mychart messages to prove what I say. Based on this alone I think it's obvious they don't care.
If my job didn’t have this insurance it wouldn't be my first choice at all. The staff isn’t nice on the phone or in person.
