0 stars for customer service-no follow up, no empathy, lack of training, all communication is online, no accountability. There is no office to go to to discuss and submit documentation. 0 stars for billing- delays, non submissions, and no follow through. 0 stars for patient relations-no follow up on questionable radiologist patient care. 0 stars for billing- check your bills for over charges and non-submittal to insurance. $1000 for an office visit, $600 for a vaccine. What is wrong with you guys? You want to make insurance pay that, that's fine with me, but I got stuck paying most of that. Wife and I went around the same time, so over $3000. Thanks for nothing. No help. No sympathy. Never again 👎
30 year member. Quality of service has declined sharply. Ability to make prompt appointments has substantially increased. Facilities are understaffed. Profit now appears more important than medicine. Would NOT recommend; am considering a new provider despite my long-time relationship with many of their doctors.
My last review has been taken down, and I had such terrible experiences with this clinic over the last 4 years that I just had to leave another one! Please go to UW (or anywhere else) if you can, they actually seem to care about me and my health as opposed to this horrid clinic. I finally made the switch and it is night and day. Thanks!
