Patient billing is a nightmare and the phone support is poor. No one available in the clinic to resolve balance/payment issues. Been dealing with this for almost a year, while they confirm a credit balance they won't refund it. All they do is send the same canned response to each comment. I contacted them as directed and there is no response. This is awful service with no way to talk to anyone. Now 2 months since they confirmed they I'm due a refund and no refund. You have to try to be this bad.

Not sure why anyone would choose to use Dean/SSM if they had any other choice. I guarantee they will mess up your billing. You will have to send every claim back for "review". Coding department not knowledgable about their own practices or policies. Worst health organization I've ever dealt with. By the way, this is a religious organization disguising itself as healthcare. Edit: This is about the org as a whole, not a specific provider
My doctor that I once adored won’t fill out a flex spend letter for me when she was the one that advised I use flex for my injury that I have had for four yearsbecause she is retiring in two months so now it’s my problem.
