This is the worst retail experience I've ever had in Madison. I can't speak about the doctors but the store itself could not care less if their glasses actually work. Kind of a key quality that an optical store should have right? Fortunately there are lots of awesome optical shops in Madison. I even had a great experience with Lenscrafters, who have hugely amped up their customer service game. DON'T GET YOUR GLASSES HERE! You're welcome.
