This hospital never lets me down and has been taking care of my son since he was born. Dr. Heidi Sallee and her residents are A -1 thank you for all you do
EDIT: In the past several years they have vastly improved on the complaints I had below. The doctors are great and we don't mind that it is a teaching facility. Our sons love Dr. Haller and actually look forward to seeing him. The nurses are great as well and remember our boys. But the scheduling system, wait times, on-call service, and hold times for nurse calls all need a lot of work. I was on hold for 45 minutes just to leave a message for a doctor to call back and we've waited over an hour past our scheduled appointment ... read more
I had major anxiety every time I have to call in, the schedulers are not knowledgeable, you also are told to hold by a live person and then they disconnect the phone so you’re forced to wait on hold even longer. They have an online section to schedule appointment and they just cancel your appointment and make you call in anyway. I genuinely hate calling Dani’s Pediatrics to schedule anything. Please DO BETTER!!!
We have gone here since my daughters were born, now 7 and 1, and we will NOT ever be coming back. - it is impossible to get the doctor you want. The reason this place has awful reviews is because they are *literally* that awful. Last time we took my daughter there, we were left alone in a room for well over an hour with ZERO communication. We had already waited for and been seen by the nurse, waited for and seen the resident/student whoever it was, then finally we waited for our doctor (anne walentik).
