I had major anxiety every time I have to call in, the schedulers are not knowledgeable, you also are told to hold by a live person and then they disconnect the phone so you’re forced to wait on hold even longer. They have an online section to schedule appointment and they just cancel your appointment and make you call in anyway. I genuinely hate calling Dani’s Pediatrics to schedule anything. Please DO BETTER!!!
We have gone here since my daughters were born, now 7 and 1, and we will NOT ever be coming back. - it is impossible to get the doctor you want. The reason this place has awful reviews is because they are *literally* that awful. Last time we took my daughter there, we were left alone in a room for well over an hour with ZERO communication. We had already waited for and been seen by the nurse, waited for and seen the resident/student whoever it was, then finally we waited for our doctor (anne walentik). We were charged 3K for the school-required vaccines.
They will see children until they are 21 if they have established care. Great pediatrician.
