I typically have great experiences whenever we see my daughter pcp but due to him being overbooked we were scheduled with another provider for just this once. Dr. Amanda Pressley was not punctual her demeanor was not pleasant and my child still was not able to receive what she came for. we seen two residents who stated she would be right in her appointment was at 3 pm it wasnt until 430 when i stated we were leaving until she tried to see her mind you the clinic closes at 430 we been here since 220

This hospital never lets me down and has been taking care of my son since he was born. Dr. Heidi Sallee and her residents are A -1 thank you for all you do

EDIT: In the past several years they have vastly improved on the complaints I had below. The doctors are great and we don't mind that it is a teaching facility. Our sons love Dr. Haller and actually look forward to seeing him. The nurses are great as well and remember our boys. But the scheduling system, wait times, on-call service, and hold times for nurse calls all need a lot of work. I was on hold for 45 minutes just to leave a message for a doctor to call back and we've waited over an hour past our scheduled appointment ... read more

I had major anxiety every time I have to call in, the schedulers are not knowledgeable, you also are told to hold by a live person and then they disconnect the phone so you’re forced to wait on hold even longer. They have an online section to schedule appointment and they just cancel your appointment and make you call in anyway. I genuinely hate calling Dani’s Pediatrics to schedule anything. Please DO BETTER!!!
