Fantastic service and physicians!
Highly not recommended. Wait long when no patient here. “MD OWNER” don’t understand nothing you saying. Waste of energy talking to her. This was my second time there won’t be going again.
We’ve had a great experience with the Tower Grove location! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and it’s sooo much easier than navigating a big medical complex.
I want to start by saying Emily Donewald and all the nurses and front office staff are wonderful!! We love "Dr. Emily" and every person who answers the phone is so pleasant and helpful. So for them? Five stars no doubt. That being said - BEWARE Dr. Stephens. We drew the short stick and had him for one of my daughter's normal 'well baby' appointments due to availability when scheduling - what was supposed to be a normal get your vaccines, check up appointment went on for TWO HOURS because he was training a resident.
