They did a great job taking care of my kiddo, and pretty much everyone we talked to was very friendly and informative, but I have to agree with another reviewer that said security on visitors seems to be non-existant. My LO had to be flown alone up to the hospital, and his grandparents got there before we could and were allowed in his room and told what treatments he had been getting(which seems like a HIPPA violation...) before they even called us to let us know his condition and without asking if it was okay for people cla... read more
