My foster son went to the eye clinic and the staff were great about the fact I had no health history on him, just that he had an appointment. My son had severe anxiety, 6 years old and terrified, crying and the med tech, nurse and doctor took extra time to make friends and reassure him, knowing he was a foster child in a new home, strangers everywhere. Wonderful people!! Our appointment was at 2:15 and we were out in under 2 hrs. My son had his eyes dilated, so our time there wasn't out of line. A great experience for all of... read more
The staff has been very supportive and understanding and have explained what they are doing for my daughter. They have made her comfortable when they can and talk on her level

I absolutely love this hospital. They took the best care of my daughter Donnisha Meeks until the day she died, ( literally) It has been 18yrs since then. I have a son now and I've received services for him as well. I was just there today in the E.R. with him, everyone was very kind and concerned. My son will be 19yrs old in a few months, so now we have to find an adult facility. It is a bittersweet ending.
